Working cast iron pitcher pump. This pump is smaller than the village pump. It has a screwed 1¼" BSP fitting at the base such that a lift pipe may be fitted and four 6mm holes in the flange for mounting bolts. When the handle is cranked water may be drawn from several feet. The position of the handle may be altered to be at the back or to one side by slackening its retaining bolt and rotating the handle to the desired position.
