Goods can be returned to the Company within 14 days of receipt providing they are returned in their original condition and packaging. When returning goods please ensure the delivery method is secure (signature required) since the goods are the Buyer’s responsibility until they reach the Company’s premises. Providing goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery to the Buyer the Company will refund the value of the goods less delivery costs. Delivery costs include the cost of delivering the goods to the Buyer and may also include the cost of returning the goods to the Company where the Company has arranged and paid for their return.
Goods that are returned because they were faulty will be replaced and are not subject to delivery charges. When goods are received they should be carefully inspected. If the Buyer is unable to inspect the goods then the delivery note should be marked 'unexamined' before it is signed. Any goods received by the Buyer that are damaged should be reported as being damaged by email to the Company within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
